Over the past 10 years she has helped me negotiate a tricky real estate market by finding awesome rentals during the 2006-2009 period and an awesome South Laguna house in 2010. That was my first home purchase in Laguna Beach and I loved it! Recently Mindy helped me negotiate the sale of that house in order to buy a larger one in the same neighborhood.
